Big Oak Barbecue
Big Oak Bar-B-Que started serving its award winning barbecue in the fall of 2004. Big Oak started in a little corner, of a little hardware store in the town of Buda, Texas. What a difference a year makes! Big Oak Bar-B-Que and Buda, Texas are bigger than ever! Big Oak serves its award winning smoked meats, homemade sides and tasty treats in a fun family environment. You can even watch the big games on the big screen. Larry Ludemann, Big Oaks owner and cook, learned his talent with meat from his father LeRoy, a long time competition barbecue cook.
